- andro.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE is requir to detect when the pho was turd on/off in order to store reference for advanc diagnosis
- andro.permission.DEVICE_POWER is requir to detect when the pho is disconct from the charger and store the correpond kerl wakelock reference. Revok t permission will lead to los “since unplugg” in kerl wakelock
- andro.permission.BLUETOOTH is requir to fix a bug where the communicion to the bteryinfo service stops work
