ROOT ed and a custom ROM like CM9/AOKP ed th support the Theme Engi.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the theme, go to sett/theme and APPLY THE SYSTEM THEME AND REBOOT. Now select my Theme & apply. You may get an error: ‘Sorry, t theme is miss asset for your device’s screen size’.
Ignore th and apply it anyway and REBOOT.
The lock screen and some system dialog cannot be them in the T-Mobile Theme Engi, therefore they will remain unchang.
Kiwi Cobalt is Green and Black theme th is vastly different than stock ICS
